Autism is defined as a set of complex neurodevelopment disorders, characterized by difficulties in social relationships, impaired communication skills, and stereotyped patterns of behavior, restricted and repetitive.

Animal Therapies for Autism 


The good results achieved by using animals to assist people with disabilities, or even in the treatment of depression or anxiety, have prompted studies on the therapeutic effects that can be achieved with animals as diverse as the sea lion. The playful aspect of this type of experimental therapies also helps motivate patients and facilitates their participation. Although many animals could serve this purpose, normally best used as therapists for their availability are:
                                      

- Dogs
- Horses
- Dolphins

Rare Animals.

Today, I will talk about rare animals that almost nobody knows.

1) Purple octopus.

This purple octopus unidentified is one of the 11 new species found durinf the expedition to great dephts in the Atlantic Coast of Canada in July of 2010.






2) Sea pig.

Live in the bottom of the ocean, and it feeds in the mud  of bottom ocean. The scientists have not discover how to survive in this conditions.

3) Hairy frogfish.

It is one of the strangest creatures on appearance. This species, which can be found in the warm waters of Indonesia, walk on the seabed in search of food, tucked between sponges and corals. From its yellow body born many ramifications that resemble hairs. Its size is very variable.




4) Star-nosed Mole

The nose of this animal may not be the prettiest, but it is very useful: emerging extension serve as organs of touch, which offset his lack of vision. The star-nosed mole is in North America and usually live near rivers.

Biscuit hot chocolate banana

Gourmet Desserts Recipe banana biscuit accompanied by hot chocolate.

Ingredients (6-8 people) :

-5 bananas
-2 eggs
-one-half cup icing sugar
-one-half cup of milk
-one-half cup of cream
-1 pinch of salt
-1 pinch of nutmeg
-3/4 sheet of gelatin
-2  lemon juice
-water
-mint leaves
-couverture

Development of Biscuit recipe hot chocolate banana :

1-Put the gelatine to soak in cold water until soft . Put half of the milk to boil , add the gelatin and mix well.

2-Peel 4 bananas and crush them with a fork until a puree , water them with the lemon juice and add to the pan . Pour remaining milk , mix well and wait for it to cool .

3-Put the egg yolks and icing sugar in a bowl and mount them with electric whisk .

4-Monta also (separately ) the egg whites with a pinch of salt and cream.

5-Add a pinch of nutmeg to the egg yolks, incorporating the egg whites, banana mixture and whipped cream . ? nelo with smooth and enveloping . Spend a template and inserted into the refrigerator until set .

6-For hot chocolate , put simmer the milk, cream and chocolate until thickened. Melt chocolate in microwave coverage to decorate .

7-Unmold ice cream , decorate with chocolate yarns . Peel the bananas, cut into slices and place on top of ice cream. Put also some mint leaves . To accompany asunder serves hot chocolate
